Blacks typically cross the road outside of crosswalks and go AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE on purpose. Everyone knows this.
Sure they do, and they know we know this... I see it every time I go into the city. Just another power play to taunt people with.......this and other tricks of their culture is why they are where they are.
