sooo what are we supposed to do? Allow black folks to break the law with impunity because we’re afraid of profiling? Are we a nation of laws or not?
During the Obama administration it was decided that too many minority children were being suspended for misbehavior, sometimes violent. So some school districts developed a system that allowed these kids to do whatever they felt like doing, and provided them some counseling. Needless to say, some teachers had to quit or transfer out as they couldn’t teach under those circumstances, and sometimes they feared for their safety.
