All college degrees are not equal.
Black college graduates should only be comparable to those of other races with the same degree. Otherwise, that they have graduated college is meaningless.
And to further refine the statistics, employment should only count if it was in the field of the major. And ethnic/gender studies graduate flipping hamburgers does not count.
That requirement needs to be fairly loose ... Lots of people with natural science degrees (physics, chemistry, biology, geology, mathematics) end up working as engineers of some sort, not strictly speaking as scientists.
A large number of successful people have college degrees... liberals believe that this means getting a college degree will make a person successful...they don’t understand correlation vs. causation. So now they hand out degrees like candy, get a bunch of people into crippling debt and can’t figure out why some people are successful and some people aren’t. It would be laughable if they weren’t actually using our tax dollars for these experiments.
