No, the right of revolution is recognized in the Declaration of Independence.

But there have to be a legitimate cause to do so.

The South just didn't like the results of an election.

The moral right for the colonies was laid out clearly in the Declaration, justifying the revolution.

And so what is on this list of Legitimate Causes and who exactly compiled it?

Before you answer you might want to consult a little speech made by Charles Francis Adams Jr, descendant of two Presidents from Massachusetts- the speech is “The Constitutional Ethics of Secession”.
