Sorry, Congress cannot “file criminal charges” against someone.
As tough as this may be: Give her immunity in exchange for testimony against those 88 as well as against Koskinen (sp?) and anyone at the White Hut that was involved.
She does not testify? Give her 20 years.
Unless and until there are Grand Juries called to hear these charges, nothing is going to change...
We, the American People, that have been stomped on, abused and robbed every minute of every day for years deserve these people to see the inside of a prison cell or better yet a good old ‘Town Square hanging until the birds clean the flesh off their bones’!!!

Judge Andrew Napolitano was on the Stuart Varney show on Fox Business channel this morning. He stated that the Justice Dept. would not open a case against her simply because the Obama Justice Dept. closed its investigation without taking any action against her. Napolitano said the Justice Dept. has a long tradition of not re-opening cases that were closed by Justice under a prior administration unless new evidence has been uncovered.
Present all the evidence in a federal court of law and then let her use the 5th amendment and see how that works out .
It’s time to go after Fast , the black panthers in Philly and other fed. crimes committed during the past admin .
The GOP will eff it up.
This better not be fake news! A top-down investigation to ferret out all her cronies still there is also warranted.
Is this Kabuki theater or will it lead to an actual indictment and prosecution?
It’s about f’ing time! Put her in jail, fine her into oblivion, and take her pension. Make sure she’s whoring in the streets if she ever is released from prison.
