and they pay for the damages as the passenger IS not how they wish he was.
ie missing daughter’s wedding, missing work, loss of business.
United screwed up big time.
Even southwest is ridiculing them. (we beat our competition, not you)
There is going to be a lot of mileage gotten by ad writers and comedians out of this incident. I am certainly grinning at some of the first one liners I’ve seen.
I continue to hope that this starts a competition among airlines to compete for our business by delivering a better customer experience.
