Reading the comments on this article, I'm surprised how different I see this than most of the commenters. I fully agree that a contract has been violated by United, regardless of what the fine print says. I'm truly amazed at how many people think that we should bow to abusive authority just because it is lawful. Thank goodness our founding fathers didn't feel the same.
