I worked with a girl in the Summer of 1965 who would have beaten his ass. She was probably not too far off the women’s world record tho I don’t think she ever competed. I ran a 10.4 and she would make me run close to max to beat her. She was also a beautiful blonde.

I knew a girl that could bench press 1200 lbs. and squat 3000 lbs.
World records for men! But she didn't tell anybody. She was very petite at 5'4" and 119 lbs.
She was totally drop dead gorgeous and was a swimsuit model and a black belt in karate.
In the summer of 1961 in the Army, July 27th, between 6:39 AM and 7:03 AM, I did 79 pushups and ran a 3 mile run in 16 minutes 32 seconds!
I then had 2 scrambled eggs, 1 cup of orange juice, and 1 slice of toast for breakfast, which I completed at 7:49 AM.
I can't believe it's been well over 50 years and I remember details like that so vividly.
My memory is sometimes not so good but on that I recall it exactly.

She was Jane Hodges and grew up on a farm near Malone, Florida. We worked together at Ridgecrest Baptist Assembly during the Summers of 1965 and 1966. She attended Florida State University and I have not kept up with her.
And, yes she was a beautiful blonde. Probably a natural one.
