They are also forming, so, yeah.

I remember way back when I was a kid in the 1960s, the Weekly Reader had an article about how there was a plan to bring clean fresh water to deserts by chaining icebergs to ships and towing them to desert areas where they would melt and provide millions of gallons of clean water.
I don’t recall that scheme going anywhere, but that’s a huge difference from trying to scare people over melting icebergs.

Notice the criticism fails to consider the dollars spent by The Mooch on travel.

If it’s ‘all the way to the brim’, then ice sticks out over the top of the glass.

The ice on the water in the arctic melting won’t raise the ocean level; but the ice that is sitting on top of LAND will.

Yeah. In the Antarctic, when the ice melts, the super-cooled salt is released which flows to the deepest part of the ocean and away from Antarctica like rivers.UH...
...just how does all this SALT end up in the ice to begin with?

Tell your friends that there are icebergs melting, OK? Of course icebergs melt. If they didn't there would be billions of icebergs in the oceans and no room for boats.

Stop that! The humorless leftist fascist Global Warming cultist might see that and think it’s a good idea and the only way to save the icebergs.
And we only have to pay $3 million per ship, so $1.5 billion, it’s a bargain.

Here is the problem:
In the Antarctic, when the ice melts, the super-cooled salt is released which flows to the deepest part of the ocean and away from Antarctica like rivers.
It is when the ice FORMS that the salt is released from the sea water..
