You seem to have a problem understanding how the Senate works. There are only 52 Rep senators. Tax reform will have to use budget reconciliation similar to what the repeal of Obamacare would have used. Can the GOP reach a consensus of at least 50 of them. It is looking more and more doubtful. Will Cruz, Lee, and Paul, for example, agree to a tax reform bill that adds to the deficit.
