Not hardly. Sad to see so many people here in FR trashing our President foolishly.
Asking the Democrats to work with him is brilliant because it prevents Schumer & Pelosi from saying “President Trump refuses to work with us so please help us win a Democrat majority in 2018”. It also motivates those obstructionist members of the Swamp in the GOP that stuff can get down without them.

To have democratic support, you're going to get bills that are not what the average Freeper will want or support. I'm not seeing the brilliance.
Plus I think by 2018 a lot of people in the rust belt and coal country will begin understanding the phone isn't going to ring with that well paying job they believe they've been promised.
