In another lifetime I almost went to Claremont Men’s College. But I was on an alternate scholarship list and couldn’t afford it. So I headed to UC Santa Barbara on an President’s Scholarship.
The first home I bought was in Claremont and I live in the next door city of Upland. It was nice before the leftists took over.

CMC is no longer conservative...at all. A real shift occurred when Jack Stark stepped down as resident of the school in the late 90's. Pamela Gann became president and the move toward the left started. The new president, Chodosh, is only moving the school further left.
It's been one embarrassing moment after another (Kerri Dunn, inflated SAT scores, the booing of the Asian girl, and now this) for us alumni.
Thankfully, my kids didn't want to go there as I would have never paid for it.

The protesters are a lot like the Brownshirts, too. They mob and threaten people.
Democrats have t keep students dumb and lazy for votes.
These students are particularly dumb for being so “smart”. They have bought into the notion that if people are silenced, their ideas die. Those suffocated ideas take on a life of their own. If conservative ideas are so very threatening, they should tackle them head on using logic and common discourse. The power that these snowflakes surrender to their emotions is pitiful. The next generation is full of weak blobs of “feelings”. They will make great targets for Islamo-fascism.
Stop all grants, funds, and subsidies to ALL universities and colleges...Let them live or die through their own resources just as do most American families...
Either you make it or you fold...Those that make it will be great schools...Those that don’t deserve to just go away....
