I knew a USAF Major, in Germany, who interviewed Belenko. I think Belenko had visited Travis as well.
I think that there was some specific point in time that most Democrats became rabid senseless dogs at the beck and call of their own party’s venomous ambitions.
It didn’t get to that point with Macdonald because he was killed, but it did for Zell Miller. It ended up with him writing a book called “A National Party No More,” I believe. I have a signed copy of it my best friend got for me.
>> infallible attitude of authority among KAL pilots
Actually, it’s a problem common to all Asians pilots, not to mention our “South of the Border” friends in the Americas. You don’t think people fly the US carriers on long international routes because of the stellar service given by our native-born flight attendants, do you?
Examples: I’ve been in the flight simulator with a regional Chinese carrier’s flight crew where the copilot did nothing until ordered, and seen a copilot of a Mexican carrier slapped across the face by a captain for mis-setting his altimeter.

I was working the midnight shift and had a radio handy. I got news every hour and I still remember each update from “reported missing” at 1:00AM up till 6:AM, each report getting worse.
Certainly. I worked for a company that used JAL a lot, during that time period. That accident really sticks in my memory.
I always liked this video better.
In most cases, it seems like there is a series of errors and factors, that leads to an accident. In the case of JAL, it was the pressure dome. In KAL's case? Well, we know what happened there. I was in Wiesbaden at the time.
Thanks for your reply :)
