After Donald Trump won the presidency in November, liberal college students were pretty upset as they took part in cry-ins, walkouts, and marches. However, a psychiatry professor at Michigan State University believes that a lot of millennials upset with the election results are now developing mental health problems.
Dr. Farha Abbasi, who’s an expert on mental health post-election, told the Spartan Newsroom that for some millennials are becoming more anxious as they struggle with their identities while depression is worsening for others.
“Millennials are already facing a lot of challenges,” Abbasi said, explaining that between living during wars in the Middle East, a major recession, rising tuition costs, few employment opportunities, and crippling debt can really take their toll on mental health.

Celebrating Woodstock highlights the worst generation this country produced until those Baby Boomers formed breeding pairs. They achieved self-actualization through moral exhibitionism and militant self-absorption and ignored the nobility their parents displayed throughout the Depression and WW II.
Society’s focus since WW II has made Boomer lives comforting and affluent. For retirement, Boomers demand unsustainable entitlements in a manner freeing them from financial worries, and the specter of national bankruptcy.
The Boomers adopted civil rights as their signature cause once the Civil Rights Act of 1964 became law and expressed a popular virtue. The first Boomers graduated high school in 1964, and therefore found through this law numerous opportunities for costless compassion. The generations which achieved maturity in the 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s were those who triumphed for human rights against formidable opposition.
The Boomers have an unprecedented focus on self. With them the divorce rate first exceeded the marriage rate, and there was first enacted a Federal Support Enforcement program to track deadbeat dads. Prior to the 60’s, syphilis and gonorrhea were the widely known venereal diseases. Now over thirty diseases are transmitted, and only professionals can keep track.
Their legacy of ideologically mutant children in the millennial strain are the latest product of this multi-generational psychological incest. These Snowflakes are contra-educated to abhor the Constitution, the virtuous and valorous founding of our country, and classical liberal principles found in values of the Enlightenment. They are children lacking essential humanity; empty, ignorant, feckless, emotional, overactive, and under challenged.

Thankfully many of my coworkers are older (at least 50 years old); supervisors describe the issues they have with the 25-30 year-old people. Lazy and entitled; the Asians will easily displace them in the white-collar workforce.

Life is apparently too easy for this generation. They face few serious life changing problems, so they invent fake problems to challenge themselves with.
All while ignoring the very real problems they face (poor employment prospects even for those with marketable skills being one of the big ones). Also, a total lack of spiritual education.
Not just the millennials. I see many unhinged boomers, too. Had to deal with one today.
