Leading conservative talker Mark Levin has strongly endorsed President Trump's strike on Syria, urging in his Friday night Levin TV show, "You should be very proud of your president, that's a leader."
Levin, never one to rip Trump, said, "By God, when he does the right thing and he does it in such a wonderful way, as a true leader, then he needs to have our support. We need to have his back."
Throughout the day, some of Trump's supporters have criticized the president for the strike, which they believe violates his campaign promises to keep America from deeper involvement in world crises.
But Trump, who initially leaned against action, said the Syrian government's poisoning of children changed his mind and Levin endorsed that change, a powerful message of support that should carry weight in the conservative wing of the GOP.
Levin also dismissed calls for Trump to get the OK first from Congress, saying, "Under the War Powers Act, it's perfectly legal."

It was so disgusting to see these traitors to America bashing Trump. I believe each and every one of them wanted Hillary to win. They hate Trump and are only on Free Republic to cause trouble. Nor would you know that Hassad’s family has ruled Syria for generations and would have no need to kill children in a Sarin gas attack. No, you wouldn’t know that.
Nor would you expect that ISIS would have no hesitation killing children for purposes of terror or of politics. No, you wouldn’t expect that.

I think many just don’t understand the dynamics of Syria and the ME. ..nor how they think.... Let alone an understanding of what Trump is doing. Unfortunately they see through their own desires rather than the big picture. Chemical weapons are a threat to our nation as well as the world..it was a very good move to strike.
Trump is a big picture guy .....some just see the moment.
I’m satisfied with all he’s done and is trying to accomplish....Frankly couldn’t be happier. That will change no doubt as he’ll likely do or fail to do some of what I hope for...but I’ll accept that fact. He’s already done far more than I expected so soon into his term.

This chemical gas attack has brought out the Trump haters AND the unbalanced. I tried earlier today to explain that dictators don’t always act rationally or even in their own best interests—using real life examples—but it was a lost cause. Sorry to disappoint you but it is not in the national interest of the United States to have Death to America Iran backed by one party state fascist Russia aiming ICBMs at us. I don’t know what to believe! I know it makes absolutely no sense for Assad to be behind this unless it’s an effort to destroy a rebel-held chemical weapons storage facility. I’ve seen everything from the Russians helped the Syrians load the bombs to the drop zone was also a chemical weapons depot and manufacturing facility and that’s why they found chemical weapons there. The disinformation experts are in full force to cloud the truth on this to the furthest extent possible.
