All the Republicans voted for confirmation except Johnny Isaksson who didn’t vote. What’s up with that?
I figured that was who it was. He has been ill and is bad physical shape and can’t get around very well. If his vote is not essential he doesn’t show up - but when it is he struggles onto the floor and votes.
