Yes, and we have to hope that Gorsuch doesn’t turn out to be a disappointment like too many justices appointmented by Republican presidents. So I won’t assume conservatives really have won this round until we see some rulings by this guy.
Exactly. This selection may put the court back to the way it was. Possibly. We really don’t know that gorsuch will be close to another scalia. I am hopeful. We will see.
