All weapons of warfare are inhumane by their very nature.....
Well for one reason once released they can’t be controlled.... Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear weapons kill indiscriminately on an entire different level..... it’s certainly possible to imagine a chemical weapon used in Syria blowing south into Jordan....they have an escalation path that leads to the extermination of humans as a species.....they kill large numbers of people all at once including the unintended.
Additionally, the effects of these weapons do not disappate. The area can remain affected for days, weeks, even years. Basically, the reason NBCs are considered different is they aren’t used tactically to do things like destroy your opponent’s ability to wage war against you, they’re simply used to cause as much suffering and devastation as possible.

Obama unilaterally dissolved US sanctions on Iran and more importantly, led the charge to dissolve the UN sanctions on Iran.
He them released billions of dollars of frozen assets to Iran
The money is long gone to Iran and the UN is totally against resuming sanctions against Iran.
