The War Powers Resolution still gives Trump up to 60 days to act militarily, and another 30 days to withdrawal forces without Congressional approval.
Right.
But I thought that was only for situations that were more urgent in nature - when not acting immediately was more dangerous than waiting for the Congress. Guess not.
