I would guess that any intel he has came from the same guys who said Iraq had mass amounts of WMD. On the bright side, Trump is onboard with McCain and Graham on Syria now.
I still believe they did, and Saddam had them moved to Syria before we invaded.
Only problem is that Saddam did have the chemical weapons and had used them on the Kurds. Thousands of sarin filled warheads were removed after the invasion. He had an entire nuclear weapons research facility in Libya of which the CIA had no clue.
