The U.S. military has launched more than 50 missiles aimed at Syria, NBC News reported.
A U.S. military official told NBC that 59 tomahawks had been fired, which hit an airfield near Homs.

If we game theory this out it makes sense. Putin gets out of Syria, Trump gets rid of Assad AND Isis (assuming Russia will be allowed to finish off Isis) and shows he won’t take crap. This was planned - its no coincidence Russia has been backing off support of Syria lately. The gas attack was probably fake to allow this attack.

Im thinking a lot of the people wringing their hands over lobbing tomahawks at a military target in syria were barely or never really in trumps corner to begin with.
We did get a conservative supreme court justice out of it, which is nice. Not sure how comforting that will be if we end up at war with Russia.
