This was what I was thinking. Incidental intercepts with “Russians” was happening infrequently or not at all for some staff. I always thought 0bama went after them with intercepts of their calls, not the “Russians”.

Didn’t we learn recently that our intell agencies can create fake “prints” on documents to make it appear they originated in Russia or other foreign countries?
