Let me suggest we start with the CIA.
They appear to be the biggest and the worst of the agencies that have been seeded for many many years with the worst of the worst of commie wannabes and those who literally hate America.
The CIA appears to have been criminal from it's inception or beginning.Good cases can and are made that it was behind assassinations of both Kennedy's, Martin Luther and so many more.
The drug smuggling witch may have had humble beginnings now extends on a world wide basis whether it's Mena, South America, Mexico, the poppy fields in Afghanistan or anywhere you can imagine look to the CIA as the culprit.
Perhaps worst of all is the regime changes they have been behind such as botched jobs in Syria,Libya the Arab Spring fiascoes in Africa,you name it. All over the world the ugly hand of the CIA is there.
It will be a major job to clean it up but there appears to be a lower level that is not as corrupt or maybe not corrupt at all that might be used a a base of operations to cleanse this vast swamp that needs it really bad.

Don’t know if you watch it but “ Homeland” does a good job of showing what snakes the CIA can be. People setting up friends to be killed, and then using them afterwards... Head of agency running a political vendetta against president etc.
Somehow I think the producers let “ leak” what really goes on, guised in the disclaimer of “ events, people” are fictional..
