First subtract the 40 million illegal aliens, they certainly voted RAT, that leaves 13 million.
Assume the "Vote Early and Often" crowd only voted twice...that's 7.5 million.
The RATs pulled out all the stops, everywhere, but her "victories" in only 57 counties fell embarrassingly short.

Oh, c’mon. I do believe there are 40 million illegals wandering around the country, but I doubt that they have 100% fake registration and voting participation.
