Good question. Part of the answer may be that Hillary isn’t consistent because she chases every available source of money even when it’s coming from two opposed parties, namely both Russia and Ukraine. The Uranium One deal was negotiated in 2009 to 2013, but Hillary and Obama and the foreign policy establishment seemingly reset their “Russian reset” in favor of a Ukranian reset around the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014, when Russian-Ukranian tensions escalated—ostensibly over NATO policy, but with oil pipeline disputes linked to Russia vs. Soros’ business interests looming in the background.
I remember the ‘Fancy Bear’ and ‘Cozy Bear’ and ‘Apt 29’ crap Crowdstrike pushed everywhere they could.
I would expect the principals of this group are way out of country about now.
