The only reason the rainbow colors got hijacked is because CHRISTIANS allowed it to get hijacked. GOD’S covenant sign is forever. The rainbow’s message is forever.

Now to get it past MERE WORDS.
Christians and Christian organizations have tended to be pretty genteel. I noticed this when I put in an application for an IT position at the Gideons International headquarters. Now actually read Gideon’s story, and what went on was pretty rough. But these folks have a logo of a genteel jar with a genteel torch with a genteel little flame on the top, all nice and symmetrical. God has to hoot at this. My life would be like a busted jar with the torch hanging out at a crazy angle and shedding all kinds of crazy light. And where’s the equivalent of where Gideon whipped the people who wouldn’t help him, with thorns and thistles yet? Well there are some canons of consideration we apply as Christians that are a designed evolution over the Old Testament, but still. When will Christians believe like they mean it?
Genesis 8 excerpt:
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
