She is obsessed with the WH and will run again. She lost the nomination to Obama in 2008 and came back in 2012 to win the nomination. She lost to Trump in 2016 and will come back again in 2020 to try to win the WH. She will face more formidable opposition in the primaries in 2020, but she still has a solid core of supporters, an organization, and the ability to raise money.

Her concession speech actually tipped her hand.

And to all the women, and especially the young women, who put their faith in this campaign and in me, I want you to know that nothing has made me prouder than to be your champion.

(APPLAUSE)

Now, I -- I know -- I know we have still not shattered that highest and hardest glass ceiling, but some day someone will and hopefully sooner than we might think right now.

She’s done. Blacks and Hispanics aren’t going to let another “whitey” get the nomination, and especially not a two time loser like her. Look for the Dems to push Kamala Harris, that nimrod freshman senator from CA into the national spotlight the next few years to guage her chances at a presidential run.
