Nothing but blocks after blocks of old government housing. Crime out of control. Hardly any industry left. All of it has been either taxed out or the union has ran it out with such high wages.
So now we get a New Yawk Value Man elected by "conservatives" to build up the Northern industry on the sweat of the Southerners again. Obama could not do it with his regulations so the FERAL Government will try another approach. Just wait until most of the incentives will be placed on businesses that ONLY relocate to States north of the Mason Dixon.
