He was operating under the impression the GOP had a repeal and replace bill...for years. He found out the hard way that they did not. There is no evidence whatsoever that he “conspired” with Ryan or anyone else on this bill. He trusted him, probably with a shove or two from Priebus. Don’t take my word for it; go back and watch his rallies. He assumed the feckless GOP had this. And they didn’t.
He’s not a dictator, he can’t rid of us of Obamacare all by himself any more than he can rid us of the sunrise coming up in the east tomorrow.

Sure. Because he's totally out of the loop. And apparently can't read, either. Just a motormouth figurehead, huh? Which begs the question, who is pulling his puppet strings?
