Nope, the GOP owns it now. They set out to replace it, and failed. The Democrats will propose an endless set of changes they say will improve it - witness Bernie's claim he's going to propose single payer - that the Republicans can't get behind. And when Obamacare finally collapses then the Democrats will point fingers and say that they tried but the Republicans let it die.
