Rialto is, and has been for as long as I can remember, a toilet. Even when I was teenager in the 80’s we knew it was bad. This gut proudly boasted it was majority black and latino, but then failed to quote the astronomical crime stats for the city. Call me a racist, I dont care. Facts are facts.
