Every single US Senator has a share of the most powerful parliamentary role on the planet - because of the filibuster.

When Hubert Humphrey tried to nuke the filibuster in 1967, with a 68-32 Democrat majority, the ruling of the chair was appealed to the floor - and he only got 46 votes.

The GOP, with 52 votes, will never pass a nuke the filibuster motion.

Not with a gutless bag of crap at the helm.

Besides both houses are already in (almost) full retreat.
