Sometimes saying "no" IS leading.
If your 6 year old asked you for the keys to the car, would you give them to him or her, Ted?
Disclaimer: I am not comparing President Trump to a 6 year old. I will mentally un-FRiend any FReeper who tries to say such.

Maybe I missed something in the story, but I can’t see to find where Mr. “Lead, follow or get out of the way” brought forward HIS bill. Eh, tu, Mr. Poe??
Appears that the F.C., let alone the majority and ‘leadership’, need another refresher in the Constitution and A1S8. Maybe, some English classes to understand how a CLAUSE (IE: Commerce) does not negate the whole of the document, what the phrase ‘SHALL not’ means, or “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof”...but I’m talking ‘advanced classes’ now. /s
Saying no to crap sandwiches is leadership. Saying no to unconstitutional legislation is may be politically difficult, but guess what? It is called keeping one’s oath of office.
So yes, I agree with you 100%.
