Repeal it and then what? The GOP is like the dog who catches the car. If we go back to the
status quo ante, how will this play politically in 2018? How easy will it be to come up with an alternative acceptable to the HFC and still be able to be passed by Congress?
Most Rep congressmen campaigned on repeal and REPLACE. Jordan said that there would be a two year period for transitioning from Obamacare to something else.

Just repealing it and returning to what we had in 2008 would be 1,000% better than socialist ObozoCare/RyanCare/UniPartyCare.
Then, simply enact Tort reform, HSA and Interstate purchasing/selling would be light years better and a move to true Free Market system.
It’s not rocket science.
It’s a matter of wanting to do what’s right.

The cheap insurance states would fix the problem in weeks, with a flurry of new business.
