Lol, you’re right. But it seems every Republican, even including Jim Jordan, is just not willing to come out and say people with pre-existing conditions MUST be put in high risk pools. Otherwise, you can kiss goodbye bringing down premiums and deductibles.

Only if they are new applitants and determined to be "uninsurable" with a very serious high-maintenance affliction, or life ending disease. (about 1% of the insured community)

"Pre-existing" adult acne or high blood pressure isn't going to thrust you into a HRP.

Otherwise, you can kiss goodbye bringing down premiums and deductibles.

Then let the low-premium states do the talking. At least 31 states had them, and will again.
