I’m quite shocked to see any Freepers supporting RyanCare which is Obozocare-Lite.
Trump either miscalculated his trust in Lyin’ Ryan.....or used Ryancare to have Ryan step down from Speaker.
Not the Issue. Right now is the time to go find people who will run against the current crop of congress critters.
The Texas primary is in early March. - ELEVEN Month from now
Well, there's his leverage with getting the RATs' vote on repeal and replace.
Let the Good Times Roll!
I slept in.
Can someone post three or four of Newts best statements
I was posted two years in Iran including being in our Embassy in Tehran when it was overrun the first time on February 14, 1979. We were hostages for a few hours in a bullet ridden Embassy surrounded by 10,000 angry Iranians until the Iranian FM, Yazdi, secured our release. Ask me about it sometime.
Well I was the same way when in college cousin Mike! I became a flaming liberal and was convinced I was too cool for school.
Most of us were "liberal" in those days. Of course "liberal" had an entirely different meaning compared to what liberals profess today. JFK would be considered a moderate conservative today. Different country, different demographics.
Census: 49% of Americans Get Govt Benefits; 82M in Households on Medicaid
In the fourth quarter of 2011, 49.2 percent of Americans received benefits from one or more government programs, according to data released Tuesday by the Census Bureau.
In total, the Census Bureau estimated, 151,014,000 Americans out of a population then estimated to be 306,804,000 received benefits from one or more government programs during the last three months of 2011. Those 151,014,000 beneficiaries equaled 49.2 percent of the population.
This included 82,457,000 people--or 26.9 percent of the population--who lived in households in which one or more people received Medicaid benefits.

Is Cruz on your list?
I can cite many other polls showing significant support for Obamacare. The point is that the country is fairly evenly divided on Obamacare.
Yes, I am a strong supporter of Senator Cruz.
The good Senator is a Limited Fed. G’ment type of person who believes the Constitution as written is a pretty damn good document.
If you wish to change the Constitution, pass an Amendment.
If you like a Living Constitution join the Communist Party, they too make changes in the law as they see fit when they see fit
The Dems. in the media keep applauding as if the Dems. won a great victory keeping the disgraced Obamacare for everyone to hate. The people paying these large healthcare bills every month are not very happy. Who are these people fooling? The higher bills keep coming in. Do they really think the public buys their victory cheers? Every time we see Pelosi we all remember her saying “we have to pass the bill before we see what is in the bill.” Her big eyes and face are haunting.
Knowing who owns the polls, the proclivity of the admins to lead the questions, the oversampling to drive to their goal, and the proclivity of folks like us to not answer their Qs, or just hang up does what to the poll integrity?
The death penalty - the country is fairly evenly divided - until it is not
Abortion - the country is fairly evenly divided - until it is not
1918 - 1988 - The Communists were supported until they were not -except of course in Cuba, Venezuela, and some other South American countries as well as Nicaragua, where Daniel Ortega is president once again
A good Speaker never brings up a bill, ever, unless he is 99% sure it will pass and he has the support. Ryan knows that and he didn’t do near the work an honest Speaker would have done.
Agree. He is a snake, and wants to maintain the status quo. Heard him after the bill was pulled, and he rattled off talking points like he was giving out free stuff.
He’s all show and no go. The sooner we are rid of him the better
Cruz made it a point to show that he did not support Trump at the convention. He gave tepid support to Trump late in the campaign. He is not a team player. I see him trying to thwart the Trump agenda on trade and immigration.
No.
The members of the various state's Bureaus of Insurance do what the laws tell them to do.
The state legislators regulate the insurance industry by enacting laws, something changes every year. If they feel so inclined, they can make their domestic market climate more favorable, or, if a permanent RAT state....kill if off entirely.
As I stated in a previous post - Words have meaning.
the statement the Senator made - Vote your Conscience.
Now that the Donald is president, I think he should give his voter what they desired, and give it to them hard, what ever it is they desired.
We still have till the end of this year before any judgments about the Donald's presidency can be made.
No, it is Medicare for all
that could also be a plausible outcome, as those of us on Medicare know we need some type of supplemental program to cover what Medicare doesn’t.
In that case the insurance companies still get to “ wet their beak”
Romney's 47%?
“Im quite shocked to see any Freepers supporting RyanCare which is Obozocare-Lite.”
Freepers aren’t what they used to be, sadly. All the lines are blurred now, everything is mixed up. Very few actually fight for a small and limited federal government.
Thanks.
I agree with your statement, 100%...
Trump either miscalculated his trust in Lyin Ryan.....or used Ryancare to have Ryan step down from Speaker.
