Christianity had already been going strong 800 years prior to Charles Martel. He himself was a Christian. Christianity would have survived, though it might have survived as an oppressed minority religion as it does now in Muslim countries. The Christ's Church cannot be destroyed, or Christ is a liar. (Matthew 16:18: Matthew 28:20.
