A computer whistleblower states he helped build “The Hammer”, an eavesdropping supercomputer located at Fort Washington, MD., for Clapper and Brennan:
For over 10 years this group using this computer has been spying on the Chief Justice of the US, 156 other Judges, Trump and NUMEROUS other big-wigs, totally outside of any type of regular or secret Court Order.

The most shocking allegation for me was that they, HE ALLEGES, used the computer to tip Florida for Obama in 2008, breaking into some database that was being used for re-districting.
"database that has everything on everyone, more than in the whole history of the world, and everyone from here on out is going to have to deal with that.."
It sounds EXACTLY like she was describing The Hammer (computer) at Fort Washington.
