Good luck with that. I don’t suggest that you try that line of reasoning in court.
The argument that the police could have evidence and it’s up to you prove that they don’t would last about 5 seconds, just long enough for the judge to react to it.
It’s up to the one making the accusation to provide evidence supporting the charge. That’s what separates baseless accusations from valid ones.
We are not talking about civil court. We are talking about criminal court. Don’t you think if the police arrest someone for human sex trafficking they are going to have some evidence to back it up?
