Infowars apologized on Friday for its role in perpetuating the "Pizzagate" conspiracy theory that connected a Washington, D.C., pizza restaurant to a child sex ring run by Hillary Clinton.
Talk show host Alex Jones, an avid Trump supporter who runs the site, went on air to read a statement where he personally apologized to James Alefantis, the owner of Comet Ping Pong, which was repeatedly harassed and threatened for its alleged connection to Pizzagate. It was at that restaurant in December that a man from North Carolina walked in and fired a rifle as he looked for evidence supporting the conspiracy theory that there were underground tunnels through which children were trafficked.

The Alex Jones insanity has sucked in a family member of mine. There is no reasoning - it’s pure insanity. I feel awful for all the people grieving the loss of loved ones only to be accused of being actors. I would love to see Jones be successfully sued for libel/slander.

When you understand that none of so-called Pizzagate ever happened, no children were ever abused, etc, then you realize any anyone still trying to promote it can not understand that simple fact, or it is more likely, they so want it to have happened.
Bottom line: We dodged a bullet in Pizzagate. As it was, a man with a rifle went in to shoot the perps of the child abuse. He didn’t see anyone he suspected, so he shot off the lock that he was sure lead to the secret underground torture chambers. It was a closet.
Had Alfontis been there, or perhaps a father with a child, multiple people could have been dead as a result of one click bait site starting a vicious lie, and 100 fools adding to it.
The thought that anyone is trying to keep this alive is as sickening as the original rumor.
I realized later it was no TRUE Scotsman (big freaking deal) and it as applicabple because he said since no cops did anything, there was nothing there. So it was not strictly “no true Sctosman”, sort of reverse. Since no cops did anything, nothing was there. IOW, a true cop/real cop would have done something, so since nothing was done, nothing there.
Definintely not perfect. But being a “debunker” haunting pedo threads is not an enviable occupation, just sayin.
Did you hear about how Dr. Phil had a woman on that was sold to a man by her parents and used for sex trafficking her whole life? Many people on these threads are always screaming for ‘victims’. Usually the ‘victims’ don’t survive or they are threatened, traumatized and too scared to come forward. Kind of odd for Dr. Phil to start putting a spot light on something some people say doesn’t exist, don’t you think?
These big trafficking rings must be really rich. I’m sure they have plenty of money to pay trolls to roam around on prominent websites running their mouths constantly trying to discredit any investigation into this evilness.
Victims don’t have to personally come forward. Do you think the parents of victimized children don’t report pedophilia? Or their doctors and teachers? Do you know anything about the legal obligation that they have to report just the suspicion that a child was sexually abused?
And while you evidently admire Dr Phil’s wisdom he’s actually a tv personality whose doctorate is in the psychology of rheumatoid arthritis. If you want an authority on investigating pedo crimes you might want to try someone else.

Well my point was that “deleting” an account doesn’t make what was there disappear. I’m drawing a blank on the IT term but it essentially just gets rid of the index, the addressing. The content is still there. He’d have to destroy the hard drive, which he doesn’t have access to. And in the case of something sent across the net I believe there will be copies at various internet nodes.
You were whining that you wanted evidence of a crime so what do you call the victim Dr. Phil had on if not ‘evidence’? You and a few others (probably paid trolls) around here jump on every thread about this and act like pedophilia doesn’t exist except in the minds of the delusional.

Where did I say I admired Dr. Phil’s wisdom? I didn’t say anything about that. I haven’t watched the man in 20 years. I am shocked that he and his network put a spotlight on it. Doesn’t matter what his doctorate is in because it doesn’t change what the woman called Kendall said now does it?

No I seriously doubt it was that. I’m sure they used their trfficking money to threaten a big lawsuit that he didn’t want to spend his money on.

I’m pretty good at common sense and body language. I’m sure Alex Jones would rather make an apology for the time being and keep his money especially when he knows it’s just a matter of time before these people go down. His apology looked like he was appeasing the situation for the moment.
As far as knowledge of pedophiles, oh yeah, I’m familiar with how these b@st@ards operate. There is NOTHING TO SICK OR DISGUSTING TO PUT PAST THEM and they are sneaky as hell. They can’t be cured so I say the death penalty is appropriate for a second offense.
Here is an article about Kendall who escaped 3 years ago. That just goes to show how long it can take to build an airtight case in these matters before people are arrested.
What I found interesting (and I don’t know if it was in this article or another video I watched of her interview on youtube) was the fact that during her lifelong captivity she had had virtually no access to tv. Now that she is free she says she has seen a lot of the rich and powerful people that have had sex and abused her on tv in politics and hollywood. I think that the fact she can identify these people is wonderful. Don’t you think so?
What about the BIG COLLECTION DATA CENTER IN UTAH, hee hee hee, you know, that place where EVERYTHING we do on the internet is collected. I’m sure when the arrests come, it won’t matter that these people may have destroyed their computers, phones, etc. because it will all be there.
