Infowars apologized on Friday for its role in perpetuating the "Pizzagate" conspiracy theory that connected a Washington, D.C., pizza restaurant to a child sex ring run by Hillary Clinton.
Talk show host Alex Jones, an avid Trump supporter who runs the site, went on air to read a statement where he personally apologized to James Alefantis, the owner of Comet Ping Pong, which was repeatedly harassed and threatened for its alleged connection to Pizzagate. It was at that restaurant in December that a man from North Carolina walked in and fired a rifle as he looked for evidence supporting the conspiracy theory that there were underground tunnels through which children were trafficked.

I’ve proved it over and over again that the band hosts the video with the kids & torture images in it on the website.
I don’t think that anyone disagrees that the pictures and art associated with Podesta and Alefantis are disturbing. I suspect that even its fans will concede that that’s what it’s intended to be.
But Pizzagate allegations are far beyond disgust over disturbing and suggestive art. The charges are about serious crimes against children.
And when after months and months no victim is ever produced, and no actual crime is ever described, only reams and reams of suggestions and allegations, then Pizzagate looks amazingly like Democrat claims that the Russians stole the election for Trump.
Our side looks like irresponsible fools when we are satisfied to run with a story that damages our foes when there is no evidence to support the charges. This was excusable when the story first broke and no one knew if there was evidence or not. Well we have had plenty of time now, months, and what we have been offered as evidence is bad art and links to sex crimes all over the world that have no link to Alefantis, Podesta, or the rest of their crew.
Maybe someone will eventually discover something that vindicates their suspicions, but they sure haven’t done so yet and it’s getting hard to distinguish Pizzagate charges from what constitutes slander.

And you should be ashamed of yourself for posting the picture of that poor defenseless child on your FR page.
Children that age should never be used as tools of fools who make baseless attacks, such as you do.
By posting that picture of that child, and involving him in child abuse issues, you may well have emotionally scarred him for life. Imagine what it will be like for him in Junior High School when he is bullied endlessly by kids passing that picture around, a picture you helped distribute by posting here.

I watched most of it and I really sort of agreed with him. Alefantis is a scummy dog, but his scumminess was used as a cover for Podesta and Clinton’s real crimes.
I am trying to watch, heard a small part about this topic and he said there would be more news about it later. I never have listened to his show before so not sure if he’ll have more.
I don’t know enough to have a valid opinion; but off the top of my head I’d say there is probably some bad stuff in connection with pedo/gate going on in a lot of places. :-)

By the way, just in case missed it, the guys promoting the Fake News websites were on TV tonight. They explained how they did it with Facebook bots, then fake stories are picked up by real people like on FR or DU, and then skyrocket by people sucked in to the story.
The sites look great, but are complete BS, with one purpose, to attract fools for click throughs. Pizzagate was given by as one of the examples of their work.
In their words, the more salacious, the more people buy it.... and the Fake News “Denver Guardian” and “American News” and hundreds of others were/are making their owners millions each year in ad clicks.
PS, a lot are not political. Many are medical. There are plenty of “Dr. Oz Leaving Practice To Spend Time Telling All Patients To use xxxxx” type stuff.
