That is very good news. Will they be voting to turn it into a law? Since 71% of Canadians do not want it, maybe that will stop it from becoming a law?

That's what the apologists are saying, but this is just the first step. Already in Canada, Christian preachers have been fined and/or jailed for criticizing homosexuality. Soon, they will be fined or jailed for criticizing Islam.
