It was so cold and windy that penny and i stayed in most of the day, and only went out to “take care of business”. I REALLY need to go to the store and get that brace and some cream.

Meanwhile, the little student who broke his wrist around Christmas time is starting up his piano lessons again tomorrow!

Tendonitis.

I have been playing 3-4 hours a day for YEARS, but I think shoveling snow did it.

The pain is indescribable.

Will you need physical therapy? I just spent several weeks of time with the physical terrorists for my lower back issues.

I went through weeks of PT for my knee (from shoveling snow LAST winter) and although it helped WHILE I was getting it, as soon as I stopped the pain came back worse.

It made me wonder.
