Not happening.
Plus Trump never called for that, nor is he calling for that now.
“We're going to have insurance for everybody,” Trump said. “There was a philosophy in some circles that if you can't pay for it, you don't get it. That's not going to happen with us.”
Trump vows to provide universal healthcare ( 1/15/17 Washington Examiner, video at link )
Absolutely. Just thinking the order of events for 100% can start with Repeal. Let the Senate grapple with that and bring it back to the House?
Then House begins from scratch, more seriously, on Replace.
Precisely

Then House can then begin from scratch, more seriously, on Replace, and send that outcome to the Senate.
My prediction is that Trump won’t blame anyone publicly. He’ll give praise for the efforts.
Trump’s 2 months into his presidency. Strategies are still incubating.
[Obum-a-care will die on its own.]
Good!! Hopefully insurance can go back to what it was.
Give Ryan the Chris Christie treatment. Ryan was given a task, and he failed to deliver to expectations.
Trump is the CEO; he has to delegate. If his subordinates cannot perform, then he replaces them with someone else who can.
Now, I understand that Congress is co-equal to the Executive, and Ryan does not work for Trump. However, politics is the art of fungible power; Obama wielded it strongly using race-baiting, and Trump is wielding it using private-sector business competency.
Let's see this show-down between the "rule of law" and the "rule of politics." I've always said that "the rule of politics trumps the rule of law" (pun NOT intended at the time).
From August 31, 2002:
I'll ask it again: when did the rule of politics trump the rule of law?It seems as if all one has to say is that it's political, and then the legal ramifications are disqualified.
It's time for the rule of law to return. How ironic that it's taking a "Trump" to make it happen!

I’m on the fly. Have been wondering for the last 2 days what exactly did Trump say (on the campaign and the victory trail) about what he hd planned for repeal and replace? He had some great things to say then, does the current plan jive “as advertised”? Will be able to look in few hours.
Not as advertised as it relates to illegals who will get coverage and Vets who will be forced into the VA system
I like it!
, one almost wonders if it is not Trump’s intention all along to lose the vote, in the process eliminating Ryan with whom he butted heads repeatedly before the election. As Bloomberg adds, “several Trump associates have already laid groundwork to blame the speaker.”
Ryan’s ly’n bill was NEVER Repeal so it should go down in flames!
Will never be put up for vote because :
1) Wouldn't get any more votes than this latest Trump/Ryan (or Ryan/Trump)replace
2) Trump wont call for it, unlike how he supported this.
Repeal was just minority part talk, and primary talk.
They were never serious.
Seriously isnt there anything in Obamacare they can agree on to repeal ?
