As I get more involved in this whole ObamaCare mess and government mess in general, I have pretty much reached the conclusion that our elected Representatives and Senators, their staff, and the Executive Branch bureaucrats are too lazy to analyze a problem and then write legislation to change the situation.
Instead the government politicos rely upon the industry lobbyists to write the legislation for them.
This is happening at all levels of government. Fed, State, Local.
You are so right. Its not just in Government. Its standard procedure for a student to be asked to write their own letter of recommendation these days & give it to the professor to sign.
