Agree; Cornyn and Cruz will have to hold McConnell up and move his lips for him though as he will go plumb wobbly at the thought. Actually, I hope the Dems do filibuster and thereby force Republicans to go Nuke. It will make it much easier to nominate Supremes from here in out.
Cornyn is as gutless and useless as the turtle-faced loser McConnell.

I think McConnell is ready to take the nuclear option. I worry about McCain, Graham, Murkowski and Collins.
