The GOP is incapable of being the governing party. The GOPe and the so-called conservatives despise Trump even though he won the WH against all odds. In fact, Trump was the only Rep that could have beat Hillary.
The GOP is on a suicide mission. I would advise Trump to move away from the GOP and pursue his own agenda including working with the Dems. Trump has appointed one of the most conservative cabinets ever. He has nominated a conservative judge to SCOTUS. He is rebuilding the military. He is enforcing our immigration laws, something that neither the Bushes or Clinton or Obama did. He has an America first economic and trade policy.
The biggest obstacle to Trump is the GOP, which is under the control of their corporate paymasters similar to the Dems. Trump will be the last Rep president in the WH for generations.
A setback but not devastating. GOP Inc is simply dreadful, no doubt about it. But they can work something out.
