The White House gave the House Freedom Caucus a final offer as it tries to win support for a bill to repeal and replace parts of Obamacare, but the conservative group's leader said no deal was reached by Thursday afternoon.
The lack of an agreement throws more doubts on a planned Thursday night vote on the legislation. The conservative contingent has threatened the bill's passage, as its members have said the GOP plan does not go far enough to repeal the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.
President Donald Trump met with the contingent earlier as he and House GOP leaders aim to rally enough support. Following the meeting, though, Freedom Caucus chairman Rep. Mark Meadows told reporters "there are not enough votes" to push the legislation through yet.

Maybe they did. CNBC (Counterfeit & Nothing But Counterfeit) is not a reliable source.
Let the people see this socialism. We want to read it!! Last night there was a deal . The only thing left was drafting language. I speculate the the Rinos killed the DEAL!!! Paul Ryan killed the DEAL!!

And Sean Spicer is out at his WP Press Briefing avoiding this like the plague!
I guess you have to have a beautiful mind to try and spin this POS that Trump has been calling beautiful!
I seen plenty of trashing of them and those who support them as “purists” by posters here who just want to pass anything to call it a win, even if it makes things worse.
Rep. Thomas Massie is the ONLY Republican who did not vote for Ryan as speaker.
There is no indication that Congressional Republicans want anyone other than Paul Ryan as Speaker.
Why? Because Trump can just do what O-dummy with his law, change it whenever he wants to.
Only Trump can change it 70 times to help the American people, he can change it until it's a fully a free market law.
There are simply too many RINOs for the Freedom Caucus to have prevented Ryan from becoming Speaker.
If more districts had done what mine did and Cantorized their weasel and given the Freedom Caucus more members there could have been a different Speaker.
One does not strike at the King unless one is sure to kill him.
Repeal. Only.
_____________
You can’t repeal only because Obamacare gutted the industry. The plans that used to be there are gone. The whole thing has to be rebuilt, which is why a replace HAS to be there.
And by blocking this bill, Obamacare will stay in place, implode, the economy will tank, and Trump won’t get any of his agenda done. So what’s the point?
If this doesn’t include a full repeal, it is NOT a Good win!
Good grief, I cannot believe the B.S. some of you people try and push to justify a bill with no repeal!
That’s fine. He walks. If they don’t pass the vote then Obamacare can continue on its merry way.
Problem is, that it was going to be associated with the tax cuts.
We love to shoot ourselves in the foot.
Once it passes the house the Senate can make changes. then it goes back to the House again.
Yes, but voting for the bill also preserves Obamacare.
Yeah, now it’s the ‘moderates’ (RINOs) who are blocking the bill. NOT the Freedom Caucus.
This is just fake news now. But once the media gets on a narrative it never lets it go.
If it passes, I think it’s a good win for Trump.
Why? Because Trump can just do what O-dummy with his law, change it whenever he wants to.
Only Trump can change it 70 times to help the American people, he can change it until it’s a fully a free market law.

Exactly, but if it doesn’t pass we end up keeping Obamacare.
Then I guess Trump and those advising him during the campaign pushing a full repeal were wrong?
So please explain for us how the GOP presented Obama with full repeals?
Unfortunately, Trump never said he was just going to repeal. THAT is the best option as the first step in getting ALL of healthcare OUT of the feds hands and back into the free market where it belongs.
Trump always said he was going to repeal and replace Obamacare and the replacement was vague and fairly open ended.
I like Trump, but he is on a learning curve in his continuing journey from accepting unconstitutional federal government to the restoration of our Free Constitutional Republic with the federal government stripped of all but constitutionally delegated powers.
“There is no indication that Congressional Republicans want anyone other than Paul Ryan as Speaker.”
Well, I suspect when this vote fails, there may be an effort to make a change.
Jim, part of his plan included a full repeal, then a replacement. Please point me to any campaign rally where he parsed repeal and replace like you’re saying?
Great idea!
We don't want another dictator in the Executive Branch unconstitutionally making law. That is no answer.
Yes, but voting for the bill also preserves Obamacare.
_________
No, because Trump can change it like Obama did. and they can continue to add phase changes.
The alternative is keeping Obamacare, not having tax reform, tanking the economy, and gifting the Dems back Congress. What’s the goal?Trump has to please 4 different factions, and still get a bill through Congress, while setting up his other agendas, and dealing with all this Russia nonsense. So sure, the can block this bill, but don’t cry about what comes after then.
