I googled a list of non extradition treaty counties and tahiti isn’t on it. Dubai is though. That would be the best bet for him.

Do we really know he is there? They could have staged it, since no photo’s or reporters were allowed at the landing of his plane. I found this to be very odd with how much he likes the cameras and news coverage. Have any pictures of him there been published? I haven’t seen any.
This may be a ruse and he is actually in a non extradition country at this time.
