He probably has a gaggle of high priced pro-bono open border lawyers who will obfuscate the case for as long as possible to tie up the court system. The judge will most likely be dumbfounded by their legal stature and let them make a circus of his courtroom.

The judge will most likely be dumbfounded by their legal stature and let them make a circus of his courtroom. The solution is to bring so many simultaneous cases, that the pool of immigration-activist lawyers can't keep up, and most defendants would have to make do with public defenders.
